Christmas Day

We had a wonderful Christmas day!  The girls woke up around 7:00 am and quickly dove right into opening up their stockings.  Even Maggie was really excited to open her presents.  Some of the girls gifts included a drum for Kate, a Little People Barn for Maggie and an art easel for both the girls.

Kate was SO excited to get a drum....finally! She has been asking for one for months.
Both girls were so excited to have an easel and has already brought hours of entertainment.

Kate received a Snow White dress and Cinderella dress from Maggie.  Both girls wanted to dress up in their princess dresses for the morning festivities.
Kate received the Pinkalicious doll and movie from Gramma and Papa.
Gramma and Papa came over in the morning for gifts and Christmas breakfast...monkey bread, egg casserole ans sausage.
After our morning with Gramma and Papa we headed to Babushka's house.  The girls love to look at her little Christmas tree.

Kate was so excited to push her little sister on the scooter around Babushka's house.
In the evening we headed to my parent's house for Christmas dinner.

 Deep in conversation
 I love my cuddly Kate!
 Such a cutie!!!

 Happy birthday, Baby Jesus!

This morning I braved giving Maggie a turn at using the paint brush.  She did a pretty good job staying clean for a few minutes but after a while it was clear they were both going to need a bath afterwards!

Agee Christmas

We just celebrated our annual Agee Christmas on Saturday in Sacramento.  It is a big event with all of my aunts, uncles, cousins, etc coming together for presents and good food.  I dressed the girls up in matching purple sparkling dresses for the occasion.  They looked so cute!

 "Mmmm, fruit snacks.  My favorite!"
All the great grandchildren with Gigi...there are 7 with and 8th on the way!
Gigi gave the girls a musical Christmas tree that lights up, dances, and sings "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree."  The girls LOVE it!
The stairs were the place to hang out and play.
This is video of Kate singing "So Long, Farewell" from Sound of Music and Gramma playing with the girls on the stairs.

Loscutoff Christmas

On Sunday we celebrated Christmas with Will's family at our house.  We enjoyed some Thai food, wine, presents and good company!  Kate LOVES spending time with her Dedushka and Grammalene.  (Maggie napped through almost the entire event and was a little weirded out when she woke up.)

Brothers!

We gave Dedushka and Grammalene a special calendar with pictures of the girls.  This is a picture of everyone looking through each month.
Dedushka and Grammalene gave Maggie a baby doll.  We named her Lucy and she goes everywhere with us.  Lucy makes sucking, sleeping and giggle noises.  Maggie loves her new doll!
Kate received a baby doll front pack and car seat for her special doll, Emily.  Kate makes sure that Emily is safely strapped into her car seat every time we are in the car.  She also bring Emily's new sippie cup and feeds her as we drive.

 More presents!
Everyone was watching Kate open up all the presents.
Kate even got to help Uncle Peter open up his presents!
 Bounce-bounce!
Maggie was very excited to examine the new Christmas train we received from Dedushka and Grammalene.
We love Dedushka and Grammalene so much!

Will's Birthday Weekend

Will celebrated his birthday on Friday, December 14.  Kate was SO excited to give Daddy his presents she picked out...a neck tie and pajamas.  She also helped me decorate his birthday cake with tons of sprinkles and M&M's.  Happy Birthday Daddy!
My gift to Will this year was a night away to Napa.  Gramma and Papa watched the girls for us as we got away for our very first time!  In Napa we took a wine tour.  We stopped a 4 different wineries for wine tasting a little bit of wine history.  It was a really fun day!  Our first stop was Merryvale Winery.

Here is our tour group with our bus driver/tour guide, Toni, on the far right.  It was a fun group of people to get to know throughout the day.
Our second stop was Paolleti Winery.  Since the weather was super wet and cold we were give a tour of this wineries wine cave with over 50 white marble statues displayed throughout.

We had our lunch in the wine cave...it was pretty awesome.  The tour group provided lunch and snacks for us!
 The cold scenery from Paolleti.

We picked up a bottle of wine from each winery.  I like how different all the wine labels look!
