Belly Bump!

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and I am starting to FINALLY get a little belly bump. For the past few weeks I have felt as if I just looked fat (with a nice beer belly) but now I am starting to look a little pregnant. Yay! I guess since I am so tall (almost 5'11") I might be able to see my feet by the end of 9 months. I would rather have a small belly than look like an elephant!

I must admit that I absolutely LOVE being pregnant! The first 3 months were a little hard since the nausea was annoying, but now I feel like a million bucks. It is the most amazing thing to feel my daughter kick and punch throughout the day. Even Will has had the pleasure of feeling her move. I can't wait to meet her! Only 4 more months to go...

We're registered!

I finished our registry today! With the advice and help of both my mom and sister, I have finally completed our baby registry. We are now registered at Babies R Us and Target. I hope I haven't forgotten any crucial items. Below is a picture of the travel system we are registered for at Target. It is supposed to hold a baby up to 30lbs!

Another ultrasound...just for fun!

I have come to realize it is wonderful having a husband that works at a hospital! Since Will is an employee we received the privilege to come in for another ultrasound yesterday. We were hoping to get one more peak at our daughter to make 100% certain she is a girl, but she had other plans. Our baby decided to keep her legs nicely closed together so we could barely get a peak. We did get 2 ultrasound technician's opinions, though, and they both believe it is a girl. I figure with the 2 recent ultrasound results, we are 99.9% sure she is a girl so I am going to start registering for pink things!

Sarah turns 30!

On Friday, my sister turned 30! My mom, Sarah, and I went to The Melting Pot to celebrate her BIG 3-0. We had a wonderful time stuffing ourselves with fondue cheese, chocolate, and fried meat. All 3 of us agree, though, that The Melting Pot is best for their cheese and chocolate courses. The meat course can just be left out since it is the least yummy but the most expensive. It was wonderful hanging out and chatting about babies and daughters...I guess I can't get enough of it!

I find it funny that Sarah and I are starting to look more alike the older we get. You can definitely tell we are sisters! :-)

We're having a GIRL!!!!

We just found out this afternoon that we are going to be having a girl!!! Our daughter is already practicing modesty and kept her legs tight together for the majority of our appointment (over an hour long). After many pokes and prods, we were able to get her to budge a bit for a little peak. Will and I are thrilled to have a daughter on the way...I can't wait for tea parties and dress up! Here is look at our ultrasound pictures.
