Big Friend Birthday Bash

Today we had a HUGE birthday bash for Kate, Maggie and friends Hazel (5) and Charlotte (2).  Between July 23 and August 23 all four girls have a birthday so we decided to pool all of our resources together and throw them one big party.  Ariel, The Little Mermaid was the theme for the party so we had fish-shaped sandwiches, fish-shaped jello and fish-shaped crackers.  The party favors were sand buckets filled with fishy toys and water guns.  After our picnic we headed to the pool to splash in the water.  The weather was perfect, the company was even better and best of all, the girls had so much fun playing with all their friends and celebrating their birthday's together!

 Zoey, Hazel, Kate and Abby have all been friends since birth.  It is so sweet to see their friendship blossom.

 Each birthday girl received a special cupcake with their initial on it, plus a special candle.  We sang "Happy Birthday" to each girl individually so they could have their own special moment to blow out their candle.

 After the party we headed to the pool (right next to our picnic spot).  We all hung out at the pool for about 2 hours.
