Kate's "Birthday" celebration at school

Since Kate's birthday is during the summer, she got to celebrate her pretend birthday today.  We baked special banana muffins for the class (since their class is the Marvelous Monkeys).  The class sang "Happy Birthday" to Kate and shouted "Hip-hip-hooray!"  Kate loved all the special attention.

Kate received lots of love from her beloved teacher, Ms. Kirsten.

 Kate helped pass out all the muffins to her classmates.

 Maggie got to join in the fun but she was more fascinated by the class pet rabbit.
