Our Saturday was supposed to be a fun-filled day at Six Flags amusement park. However, due to Maggie having a bad cold we decided to stay home. To keep busy the girls built a fort in our living room out of chairs and blankets.
Gramma came over and helped us build gingerbread houses.
Kate was determined to do as much of the frosting as she could on her own. Despite the roof trying to slide off more times then we could count, her house turned out perfectly creative, like Kate!
Maggie added as much candy as she could possibly fit on her house.
After building our houses, I treated the girls to Burger King for lunch. The kid's meal toy were very silly monster glasses.
After lunch we headed to Savemart to pick up dinner supplies, however, I came away with Santa hats and a little Christmas trees for the girls.
The girls now have their very own Noble Fir for upstairs. It is quite cute!
